Who we are

What we collect

What you tell us. When you fill in the consultation or contact form, we collect your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address if you give it, and any message you write.

The Brand Score chat. The chat asks a fixed set of questions that we wrote in advance, and the score is worked out by our website from your answers. As you answer, we save your answers (for example your business name, industry, city, website address, how you handle marketing and compliance, your biggest growth obstacles and how soon you want to act) and the score, on our server, against a random reference number that is kept in a cookie in your browser. That is how a refresh does not lose your answers. Until you share your number, nothing in the chat identifies you. We do not open or analyse the website address you give us; we only keep it. If you type your name and then stop before sharing a number, the name is kept only for the length of your visit and is not saved with your answers.

The optional Cost Check. After your score, the chat may offer a short extra: three questions, answered in ranges, about what you spend in a year on accounts, tax, tech and marketing, the hours a week you spend managing them, and how many people or vendors you coordinate. You can skip any of them. We keep the ranges you choose with your other answers, and with your enquiry if you share a number. They are used to prepare the free breakdown you can ask for and are not shown to anyone else.

Getting your full report. If you choose to receive the full report, we also keep your name and WhatsApp number, together with your answers and score, as an enquiry. Our team sends the report on WhatsApp and may contact you about it and about our services. If you skip this step, no enquiry is created. We also count, without any personal details, how many people stop at each question, so we can make the chat shorter and clearer.

Your consent. Where you agree to be contacted, we record the wording you agreed to and the time.

Where you came from. We note the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived through an advert or a link with tracking tags, the source, medium and campaign, so we can tell which of our efforts work.

Technical information. Like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working and secure.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button and the quick-chat open WhatsApp with a message you write. We do not store that message on this website. Once you send it in WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply, and we will see your number and your message there.

Booking a consultation. The booking page shows a calendar supplied by Calendly. What you enter there (your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you add) is collected through Calendly, and Calendly's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. The calendar loads from Calendly only when you press the button, and Calendly may use its own cookies once it has loaded. We receive your booking from Calendly and use it to speak with you at the time you chose.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to book and run a consultation.
• To work out your Brand Score and send you the report you asked for.
• To provide the services you ask us for, and to send the updates that go with them.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, and to improve it.
• To keep the website secure, and to meet our legal duties.

We contact you about your request and our services only because you shared your details and agreed to it. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.

Cookies and similar tools

The site uses a small number of essential cookies so that forms and the Brand Score chat work and stay secure (a session cookie, which expires after about two hours without activity, and a security token), and to remember your cookie choice. If we use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we will load them only if you accept cookies, and we will say so here. When analytics is switched on, you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the essential ones may be needed for forms to work.

Who sees your information

• Our team, to answer you and to look after your enquiry.
• Our chartered accountant partners, only when you ask for a service that needs them, such as registration, accounts, tax or audit work.
• Service providers that help us run the site and our communications, such as hosting, email, our online booking calendar, analytics and advertising platforms, who may process it for us under their own terms.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to share it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, and the Brand Score answers that belong to them, for as long as we need them to reply to you and to provide services, and then delete or anonymise them. Brand Score answers that never became an enquiry (nobody shared a number) are deleted automatically after 180 days. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@publicize360.com and we will respond.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections and limited access. No website or system can be made completely safe, so please do not send us card numbers, passwords or other highly sensitive details through the site or by message.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and is not aimed at anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as WhatsApp and Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. For significant changes we will make this clear on the site.
